No. My practice is completely virtual with no physical office. Sessions are held through secure video, allowing clients anywhere in New York State to connect conveniently from home.
Can I see you virtually if I live anywhere in New York State?
Yes. I am licensed in New York State, and you can join video sessions from any town or city in the state as long as you are physically located within New York at the time of your appointment.
Is virtual therapy as effective as meeting in an office?
Yes. Video sessions offer the exact same clinical care while removing the barriers of commuting, parking, and finding childcare. For many new mothers, virtual sessions are what makes starting therapy possible.
What do I need for a video session?
You need a phone or computer with a camera, a reliable internet connection, and a private spot where you feel comfortable speaking freely.
